My Philosophy
As a mom to four boys, I want to share all I have learned over the last few decades. I am wholly FOR health and it's those FOUR that are the reason I am on this journey. I believe in guiding my clients towards discovering their own inner strength, resilience and wisdom when it comes to healing their family naturally. Everyone has the ability to make small changes that will have a ripple effect in the healing process for generations. There is no one size fits all nor is the healing process linear. I am here to help you discover your own path that feels right for you to learn how to nurture wellness for a vibrant family.
My Experience
My mom was diagnosed with cancer when I was 7 years old. At that time she made some radical changes for our family when it came to food and medicine. Being raised in a more "crunchy" family, I have always loved learning about more natural ways of doing life, but it wasn't until I became a mother myself and my son had some health issues that I dug into all aspects of life when it came to our health. For the last 13+ years, I have been on a journey of seeking more natural ways to heal my family from the food we eat or water we drink, to the medicine or cleaning products we use. I am a self taught homeopath, certified in muscle testing, and mother to 4 boys who are my why and give me plenty of opportunities to learn how to heal them as well as myself as a parent so we can all live wholly for health.
My Services
At this time, I offer one-on-one sessions both virtually and in person.
My areas of expertise include homeopathy, frequency tools, nutrition education, ways to improve the health of your home (air, water, cleaning, etc.) and life/goal coaching.
