These people are my why's for continuing to research and for sharing all I have learned on this journey of health. I am a wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. A few years ago, my health was failing. I was hurting mentally, physically and spiritually. I knew I needed {and wanted} to make changes to be able to show up better for those I loved, but I didn't know where to start. I have tried it all and believe there is a time and a place for all types of healing.  Thank you for trusting me to guide you as I share all that I have learned.
